I started my real estate career over forty years ago in Manhattan being trained by the best in the business, Harry B. Helmsley. Within one year after joining Helmsley-Spear, Inc. I was promoted as an exclusive leasing and management agent for the Lincoln Building, a 1 million square foot, 55 story office building located at 60 E 42 Street, now known as One Grand Central Place. For the eleven years I was assigned to the Lincoln Building, I honed my expertise in commercial leasing and management and developed a unique talent in tenant negotiations and relations. After eleven years I decided that it was time to open my own real estate company - and have never looked back. Within weeks I was representing private owner/investors and banks handling the leasing and management of their commercial properties throughout Manhattan. My expertise was augmented when I founded and operated a construction company for 22 years specializing in commercial office/retail and industrial renovation.
